Meet Concierge C.I.C

The Concierge service takes a unique approach to providing safety and security in supported housing. Our Concierge Officers offer a waking night service where they can proactively respond to situations that may otherwise escalate. It protects the interests of service users whilst delivering reduced costs and reduced incidents for landlords, housing associations, commissioners and the local community. Reducing incidents ultimately reduces the costs to the Local Authority. The concierge service is commissioned by housing providers to provide safe and secure environments in their accommodation.
